Apple offers Shop with a Specialist over Video
Customers in the US can now video call an Apple Specialist to shop the iPhone lineup, including iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, available today in an all-new yellow color.
Cupertino, California Apple today launched Shop with a Specialist over Video, a new live shopping experience on apple.com for customers in the US. Shop with a Specialist over Video connects customers looking to purchase an iPhone with a member of their retail team via a safe and secure one-way shopping session video. With this new service, customers can browse the latest models, explore new features, and learn about Apple Trade In offers, carrier deals, switching to iOS, and various financing options.

Customers can visit apple.com/shop/buy-iphone and, with just a few clicks, instantly contact an Apple specialist to get world-class service and expert advice on choosing the best iPhone model. Once connected, customers can compare features, colors, and sizes and find the best deal through Apple Trade In or their carrier.

Shop with a Video Specialist is available to customers in the US from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST daily at apple.com/shop/buy-iphone. During the session, a member of the Apple team will be on camera sharing their screen, but won’t be able to see the customer. If clients find that a session is not available or access the page after hours, they can contact a specialist by phone or via chat 24 hours a day.
