Recently, there has been some confusion about the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3 with two conflicting reports about its features. The new CE model wasn’t spared this uncertainty either — leaked AIDA64 screenshots revealed some specs back in January, but now there’s a new report on the OnePlus Nord CE 3, which paints a different picture.
The new CE model will have a 6.72-inch, 120Hz FHD+ display, and it’s claimed that it will be an AMOLED panel instead of an LCD as previously claimed. Also, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 782G, according to the My Smart Price Sources, not SD 695. The chipset will be paired with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage.

The differences continue – the main camera is now said to feature a 50MP Sony IMX890 instead of a 108MP sensor. It will be paired with 8MP macro, ultra-wide, and 2MP macro units, as well as a 16MP selfie camera.
Finally, the Nord CE 3 will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, according to sources.
Last month, there was a leak with OnePlus Nord 3 (non-CE) specs as well – one is said to have Dimensity 9000 chipset, 6.72-inch (120Hz) AMOLED display, 50 + 8 + 2 MP rear cameras and a 5000 mAh battery with 80 charging watts. Other than the chipset, this looks very close to the Core Edition model. By the way, the Ace 2V will also run on Dimensity 9000, but it’s not clear if the 2V and Nord 3 will be identical or not (there are some unconfirmed differences).
Anyway, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 is expected to be unveiled in July, and the Nord 3 should launch around the same time (maybe even at the same event). Ace 2V will be announced on March 7 (Tuesday).
