South Korean smartphone brand Samsung has teased a new Galaxy A series phone. The company has created a micro-site for the upcoming phone on its Indian website. According to the teaser page, the smartphone will be launched on January 18, 2023 at 12 PM.

The listing, however, does not reveal the name of the phone. But it is likely that Samsung will bring the Galaxy A54 to the country.

According to the teaser page, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A series phone will be offered in three colors – Awesome Black, Awesome Burgundy, and Awesome Green. The phone will come with 5G connectivity. It will be equipped with a 6.6-inch full-HD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The smartphone is annoying to come with a two-day battery life. It will come with a custom OneUI theme with features like the ability to customize the lock screen and customize icons and wallpaper with various color options. The user interface will also offer features such as split screen, quick sharing, and a privacy dashboard.

On the camera front, the upcoming Galaxy A series phone will come with a non-shake camera feature. It’s exciting to capture blur-free videos even on the move.

Meanwhile, Samsung has confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will be officially released on February 1. The company’s official Colombia website listed the Galaxy Unpacked event with the tagline, “Epic moments are coming.”

The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is expected to introduce three smartphones – Samsung Galaxy S23, Samsung Galaxy S23+, and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Alleged promotional materials for the upcoming series were recently spotted online which revealed different color variants of the phones. Samsung Galaxy S23+ is seen in pink, while the Ultra model is seen in green.

The upcoming series will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 octa-core processor. The phones can run on the company’s One UI based on the Android 13 operating system. Samsung is tipped to offer satellite calling with the Galaxy S23 series. As a reminder, the satellite calling feature was introduced for the first time with the Apple iPhone 14 series.
