A gaming phone that shines with its intelligence and elegance

Asus ROG Phone 6 review: Display and design

In terms of design, the Asus ROG Phone 6 looks like a real beast thanks to its aesthetic appeal. The smartphone has two USB-C ports at the base and one on the left side allowing you to easily charge your phone while playing games. The front part is a huge screen with a selfie camera hole. The back has a small “Dare to Play” RGB logo and a triple-camera/LED flash combination. Volume and power buttons and two touch-sensitive gaming shoulder buttons are located on the right side of the device. The device also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack. For protection, the phones offer a layer of Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus on the top along with other features like IPX4 water resistance certification, which means the device can withstand accidental splashes of water. Coming to the screen, ROG Phone 6 is equipped with a 6.78-inch 165Hz AMOLED display with 720Hz touch sampling rate and ultra-low latency of 23ms. The screen can be set to 60Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz, or 165Hz for a better gaming experience. The screen comes with HDR10 + support that enables you to play games at their highest settings. The colors reproduced on the screen are very bright, vibrant, and juicy, and during our review we simply loved watching the web series. The smartphone is worth buying for those who are looking for an ideal device for streaming content online as well as taking their gaming experience to the next level.
