earlier this year, Oppo Expands its product portfolio with the launch of its first ever tablet device – Oppo iPad. Now, the Chinese phone maker is said to be working on another tablet that is expected to succeed the original Oppo Pad. According to a report by GizmoChina, a tipster named Digital Chat Station has leaked some key details about Oppo iPad 2. It is likely that the next tablet will come with support for Media Tech Healer. For comparison, the original Oppo Pad has an extension snapdragon 870 chipset.
Oppo is expected to introduce a new range of foldable smartphones, including the Find N2 and Find N2 Flip devices soon. The company is likely to launch these devices at the Inno Day 2022 event in December. At the event, Oppo may also share some details about the upcoming Find X6 series flagship. However, the report did not reveal whether the company will launch the Oppo Pad 2 Tablet at the same event.
Expected specifications for the Oppo Pad 2
According to the report, the Oppo Pad 2 is likely to have an 11-inch LCD panel that will offer a resolution of 2.8K (2800 x 2000 pixels). The upcoming tablet predecessor also has a screen of the same size but it offers a lower resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels.
On the other hand, the original Oppo Pad is powered by a Snapdragon chipset while the upcoming tablet is said to feature Dimensity 9000 chipset.
The report adds that the Oppo Pad is expected to offer a higher RAM option than its predecessor and will pack a larger battery module that will also support better fast charging.

Key specifications of the Oppo Pad
The original Oppo Pad which also had an 11 inch IPS LCD screen was released in February. Its screen supports a refresh rate of 120Hz and an aspect ratio of 16:10.
Oppo Pad comes powered by Snapdragon 870 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage.
This tablet has a 13MP primary camera and LED flash on the back panel. For taking selfies and video calls, the Oppo Pad has an 8MP front camera. The tablet also packs an 8,360mAh battery unit that supports 33W fast charging.
