If there are any HTC fans still around, they may have reason to celebrate. Although details are scarce at this point, it looks like the HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G will hit the market later this year.
Pictures showing what looks like a fully functional prototype (I hope it’s a prototype because a protective case or back cover doesn’t look like something a serious company would put on a retail product, at least in my opinion) and some details are easy to spot: Android 10, 2 SIM support SIM, three cameras along with a dual-tone LED flash, as well as a sensor (or maybe another camera).
According to an unnamed insider familiar with the matter, the main camera on the back is equipped with a 48MP sensor, most likely accompanied by a 13/8MP wide camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The screen doesn’t look like OLED, but appearances can be deceiving since we’re talking about a low-quality picture on which to base this judgment.
Since the HTC Desire 20 Pro arrived last June, it wouldn’t be surprising to see this upcoming phone arrive in the same period, maybe a month sooner or later. If you have any expectations about it and would be buying/still using an HTC phone in 2021, feel free to hit the comments section as usual.

In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I’m starting to enjoy it. Since then I’ve published a few articles offline and then moved into the online space, contributing to major websites that are still online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft and Download3000, but I’ve also written for several blogs that have disappeared on Years passed. I’ve been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. He is fond of good mechanical keyboards, vinyl sound and tapes, as well as smartphones, streaming services and digital art.
