Vivo recently released the Vivo X90 series with great hardware and cameras. Now, the company’s sub-brand is all set to steal attention with the unveiling of the iQOO 11 series. The new smartphones will be officially launched on December 2. According to the company, the iQOO 11 5G will be the “king of gaming smartphones”. These are certainly worlds of daring.
iQOO 11 5G specifications
The company has revealed that the iQOO 11 series will coincide with the brand’s debut in Malaysia. The event will be called “iQOO 11 5G Experience Day” and will unveil the phone in all its glory. The four-hour event will begin at 6 p.m. local time. iQOO 11 arrives as the brand and also as the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 phone in Malaysia. It couldn’t be the first anymore, after all, Vivo managed to outpace Xiaomi and Motorola with the Vivo X90 Pro+. In any case, it will still be an interesting release as it will be the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 powered phone to come out outside of China. Vivo X90 Pro +, Xiaomi 14 and Motorola X40 may take some time to escape from China.
News of the week Gizchina
iQOO has not detailed the iQOO 11 5G spec sheet yet. However, the company’s media invite says it is the “king of gaming smartphones”. That’s promising, though it depends on what you’d expect from a gaming phone. The iQOO 11 5G will have powerful hardware, but it won’t come in the same class as the ROG Phone or Black Shark series. It appears to be an ordinary premium smartphone but it impresses with the hardware. We expect the In-Display Monster Touch technology to be here.
The company also teases the “fastest refresh rate” and “strong battery life.” In fact, the leaked specifications refer to a 6.78-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED display with Quad HD+ resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. The battery will be a massive 5,000mAh cell with 120W fast charging. The phone is also rumored to impress in the camera department with the new Vivo V2 ISP.
