After the Chinese, Global and Indian version of the alleged POCO F5 smartphone model appeared on several certification sites including the IMEI database, the EEC certification site listing for the global variant of POCO F5 with model number 23013RK75G has surfaced.
To add to this, the site confirms that the device is POCO branded which reinforces the case that it may be the upcoming POCO F5 device. Besides, the listing doesn’t mention any other information, which means we’ll have to wait for more official confirmation before we’re sure of the naming.

POCO F5 leaked details
While we are waiting for the official details of the phone to arrive, there have been multiple leaks suggesting that this could be the first POCO smartphone with a 2K display. This was reported by XiaomiUI who also confirmed the model number of the device. While this may be the first POCO smartphone with a 2K display to actually go public, this is not the first smartphone developed by the company.
POCO F4 Pro was the first smartphone developed by POCO that came with a 2K screen, but the device was not released to the public and only the POCO F4 was released to the market. This basically means that the POCO F5 could become the company’s first launch.
Besides these other leaked details include the codename assigned to the device which is “Mondrian”. It is expected to feature a 1440 x 3200 AMOLED panel with support for 120Hz refresh rate and reach up to 1000 nits of brightness. It appears that the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset that is manufactured using TSMC’s 4nm process technology. It is an 8 core CPU that can run up to 3.2GHz and has an Adreno 730 GPU at 900MHz.
