Motorola launched the Edge 30 Pro flagship phone earlier this year in India, and the Motorola Edge 30 was launched in India back in May as a new mid-range phone. Now, the company is preparing to launch the third device in the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion series as a successor to last year’s Motorola Edge 20 Fusion.
The Motorola Edge 30 Fusion has been spotted on multiple websites like TDRA, Wi-Fi Alliance, and 3C certification that reveal details like the phone’s name, OS version, Wi-Fi details, charging speed, and more. Since the device has attained these certifications, we can expect the phone to be launched soon globally as well as in India.
Motorola Edge 30 Fusion Moniker confirmed, fast charging speed revealed
The Motorola Edge 30 Fusion XT2243-1 model number has been spotted on the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) website, which also confirms the phone’s moniker. Then, the phone with the same model number was also seen in Edge 30 Fusion. Based on this list, the phone will come with Android 12 out of the box, dual-band Wi-Fi support, and Wi-Fi a/ac/b/g/n.
Finally, Edge 30 Fusion has also been spotted with 3C certification and the device will come with support for 68.2W fast charging. Aside from these bits and pieces, these sites don’t reveal much.
Motorola Edge 20 Fusion
Motorola Edge 20 Fusion was launched at Rs 21,499 in India in August last year. Edge 20 Fusion is powered by MediaTek Density 800U chipset and comes with a 90Hz 6.67-inch 10-bit Full HD+ AMOLED display. In terms of optics, the Edge 20 Fusion comes with a 108MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. A 32MP sensor on the front handles selfies. The device is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. It looks like the Edge 30 Fusion will get a big upgrade this time around in terms of fast charging.
