Xiaomi is expected to launch its next flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 13 series soon. The company is likely to release at least two smartphones in the series. This includes the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro. The Xiaomi 13 Pro will be the successor to the Xiaomi 12 Pro, which was launched earlier this year in India. The 13 Pro is likely to debut in India next year.
The Xiaomi 13 series is expected to be launched in November or December 2022. The company has not confirmed its launch yet. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 13 Pro has been spotted on the 3C certification website. Let’s take a look at the specifications and features of the Xiaomi 13 Pro and other details known so far.
Xiaomi 13 Pro 3C
Xiaomi 13 Pro was spotted on the 3C website. The phone with model number 2210132C is expected to be launched by December. According to the 3C listing, the 13 Pro 5G will come with 120W fast charging support. This is the same 12 Pro 5G, which is currently available in India.
While the 120W fast charging is pretty fast to charge the device within a few minutes, it’s definitely not the fastest. The iQOO 10 Pro in China supports a massive 200W fast charging. The charging technology can refill a 4700mAh battery in 10 minutes.
Regarding the battery capacity of the 13 Pro, not much is known. The Xiaomi 12 Pro has a 4600mAh battery and it wouldn’t be surprising if Xiaomi continues to offer the same battery capacity for its next model.
The 13 Pro is also expected to pack a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and offer up to 12GB of RAM. An alleged live image of the 13 Pro has revealed that the phone will have a new camera module design. The 13 Pro will also have a curved AMOLED display. MIUI 14 based on Android 13 will run out of the box. Other details of the phone are unknown at the moment. We will share more details as they become available.
